Deroni Hurley

Deroni led his team to a championship season as the league leader in assists with Pinelands in the Barbados Amateur Basketball Association (BABA), averaging 16 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists, and 3 steals. In the 2023 season Deroni received BABA First Team Honors and represented the Barbados National Team at the FIBA AmeriCup 2025 Pre-Qualifiers.
Deroni joined DIP Crusaders Academy for complete player development and career growth opportunities.
Rasheed Maynard
Guard | 6'3" | 185 lbs | Barbados
Rasheed has impressive accomplishments from his early career in the Caribbean. His 2023 season resulted in a Championship with Pinelands in the Barbados Amateur Basketball Association (BABA). Rasheed was named BABA League MVP, First Team, and Guard of the Year, averaging 19 points, 9 rebounds, 6.5 assists, and 4 steals.
Rasheed joined DIP Crusaders Academy to further develop his game and gain international exposure towards the next step in his career.
Eric Donaldson
Guard | 6'4" | 205 lbs | UK/USA
Eric turned professional straight out of High School having now completed 3 seasons in 3 different countries during his young professional career in Italy, Brazil, and England, with career averages of 10 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists. Career Highlights include a 1st place league finish for Vigor Matelica (Italy), LDB Championship with EC Pinheiros (Brazil), and NBL National Cup Finalist (England). Eric represented Great Britain at the U16 European Championship.
Eric returned to our Academy to further his development and professional career.
Tong Deng Atem

Tong’s rapid progress is undeniable, having only been training basketball since August 2023. Combine his love for the game with his long frame, great touch and increasing athleticism, Tong’s potential is sky high.
